About Samosa Factory & Catering
Samosa Factory & Catering is run by Mr Muzaffar Hussain and Mr Shahzad Ahmad. The business builds on the experience and unique taste of the late Haji Muhammad Anwar, whose food has long been recognised throughout Denmark in the Pakistani catering and wedding sector. His recipes and standards still shape the way we cook today.
Our food is full of timeless classics and modern favourites starters covering meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian options. For the mains we offer an extensive yet carefully selected range of dishes including chicken, lamb, vegetables and daal, served with biryani, pulao or white rice. Our dessert menu covers gajrela, zarda, kheer and much more, and we always finish with freshly baked naan.
